Also included in this article is the web search forensics surrounding Mr. Drake Bailey’s web persona. This goes back as far as one of our researchers has been able to find using web search engines. We are not certifying in any manner it is everything.

(TCP)Chicago Opinion: Mr. Drake Bailey proclaimed everything was going to start on or before the 4th of July 2012. Thousands of people aggregated at Global Voice 2012 Facebook Group waiting in anticipation. Nothing happened. There were no mass arrests, there were no fireworks. Case is closed on Mr. Drake Bailey’s wild proclamations.

There have been those who’ve contacted us through email that Mr. Bailey actually was working on notions that came from one Ms. Joanne Moretti founder of Freedomizer Radio, another Blogtalk platform, and that the earliest assertions something was afoot, to our knowledge, was early as sometime last October after Mr. Bailey had inveigled his way onto Ms. Moretti’s show as a guest interview. It seems on the surface, Mr. Bailey co-opted Ms. Moretti’s information. We cannot know for sure. We may elect to contact Ms. Moretti to confirm or deny this, perhaps in the future. It is mere speculation by us at this point.

These days David Wilcock is proclaiming everything is going the way things should and rationalizes in his new article about the LIBOR scandal; as if that is part of “the plan” to put all the controlling members of the “Global Illuminati Conspirator’s” including all the government officials involved in the USA in jail to await trial. In fact all that is happening is natural consequences for theft, once exposed, and the market is taking it’s garbage out. It takes a long time, certainly, yet it always happens. Will this remove the powers that be? Probably not in our lifetimes. Big money is, as big money does, paraphrasing the Forrest Gump adage.

Is it the largest fraud perpetrated upon the public stage ever? Yes. Does that have anything to do with Mr. Keenan or Mr. Fulford? No. Is it mass incompetence demonstrated by the Keynesian central banking masterminds? No kidding. Cooking the books, bankers, political henchman in tow, and governments? Naw, say it ain’t so! Earlier in the year, unofficially we’ve stated the black hole in the banking system is 1,000 trillion bucks. Guess what? We’re darn close to being right. The money bubbles are popping. It will take further massive fraud to keep it all going. It’s called hyperinflation, right? Think the military will do something? Not a chance.

The banks have destroyed themselves. They did it on purpose. One world currency, here it comes. It’s no longer a conspiracy that’s whispered about, it’s a screaming in your face fact-eventuality, and everyone’s getting scared. You bet. Perfectly planned. No one needs Mr. Wilcock to report on this catastrophe, or to set us straight. Start those printing presses Ben, we’re ready. Do you want to blame this on Zionists? Why not? We all need someone to be the money boogeyman, it might as well be the Jews again, right? Let’s blame The Rothschild shadow dynasty on an entire population completely unrelated to them and call it a day, shall we? Why not? It’s the easiest thing to do. Especially for closet bigots. Watch that bigoted ignorance come front and center real soon.

We digressed…

As we watched the threads develop at Global Voice 2012 Facebook Group prior to the date, 4 July 2012 and a small time after, many people did become disaffected and started calling a duck a duck, or crying foul, as it were, pardon the obvious pun. David Wilcock to his credit did not confirm anything was going to happen through any of his sources. He concluded as a result of what he was being told, exactly the opposite. World renown conspiracy theorist David Icke posted a jeering blog post aimed straight at Wilcock about the ridiculousness of the whole sordid affair being put forward in the first place.

Many of the Facebooker’s were, and still are believers, and of course, in true “cult” fashion many began to put forward the various rationalizations and excuses for Bailey and company, as to how something like this could easily go awry. They continue to post seemingly unrelated news content from around the web, and You Tube, as being somehow related to their efforts within Global Voice and those of the Wilcock/Fulford/Bailey cult. Laughable, to say the least.

Our lead writer has been receiving various emails from folks who are watching this phenomenon continue, and we can conclude without a doubt as to our collective  certainty here, many folks aren’t as stupid or gullible as those addicted to following everything that is in Global Voice’s Facebook group. There are some more addicted, if you can call it that, to the entertainment value of watching, what some could call “mindless (so it would seem) morons” posting frantically unrelated events and NEWS items from around the web, to try and string the whole Wilcock/Fulford/Bailey “freedom/ascension/cabal destruction” yarn together.

It has fallen apart. There is no “event.” There is not going to be an event. There is not going to be some kind of ascension as the “channeling community” would believe. In regards to the last remark, evolution happens as fast as it happens. That’s simple truth and life on this planet as we’ve come to witness it throughout millennia.

However, we would remark about a very interesting facet that marks this whole “Freedom/Patriot Movement” thing that seems to run throughout the various websites we’ve visited in the last couple of months.  On many of them, it’s this little widget here:

Common Freedom/Patriot Movement Ploy

Curious, isn’t it? They all want money for their web efforts. Ostensibly they need to defray costs with an ostentatious display of a donation button. Most blogs, ours included, ask for donations. There’s ways, and then there’s other ways. One is discreet and unobtrusive and out of the way. The other is in your face. This publication is a free service. Do we need the money? Not really. Are we here to make money? Not necessarily. The first and most important thing to us is correct format for NEWS distribution. NEWS business philosophy according to our view, should marginally break even as an enterprise. In some ways we may even be instructional for the younger generations, since none of the millenial’s have really ever seen proper NEWS. Do we think profit is deserved for our efforts? Yes, we do. Can you find our donation link? Try. Well, who cares, right?

Another thing we’d remark about is what Ms. Rednour said in the beginning of a show broadcast 11 July 2012. She made a statement instructing folks how to defraud an advertiser who advertises through the Blogtalk Radio interface platform. In the beginning of the show she openly walks people through the valid way to register an ad click which will help Global Voice to pay for their “operations.” She implies it’s pennies. That is not always so, however. In many cases ads such as those appearing in Blogtalk’s platform can pay higher than a dollar per click. The pitch can be heard in it’s entirety by hitting the player button below this paragraph.

Inquiring as to what it costs to use Blogtalk, we find that it can cost an “Enterprise” customer “solutions starting at $2,500 a month.”  We don’t know which service of the four offered Global Voice prefers, and quite frankly we don’t care. We do think that it would be strictly forbidden in Blogtalk’s service agreement, as it is in Google’s Adsense agreement, that false, or “shilled clicks” would violate Blogtalk’s policy.

She doesn’t stop there. This buyer urge was posted as a thread, ostensibly because the folks at Global Voice are just a great bunch of folks trying to help other good folks out. Guess there’s nothing wrong with that. It’s what amateurs do.

A GVR Buyer Urge

Another curious fact, Global Voice FB Group keeps changing admin accounts connected to the group. Something must be volatile somewhere for this to occur. Again, just our opinion.

Global Voice decries, they’re all about spreading freedom, and the information which supports it. Well in case you haven’t noticed folks, you are “relatively” free in America despite the fact of all the apparatchik bureaucracy that’s crept all over the municipal landscape.

Now…does it stink, that bureaucracies have been foisted onto the American people? Yes. Does is stink, that Woodrow Wilson and later Franklin Delano Roosevelt perpetrated some of the largest impingement’s against the principle of liberty as originally envisioned by the founders of the country? Yes. Does it stink, that the voting system has been hijacked by nefarious party franchise operations? Yes. Does it stink, that corporate functionality and entertainment profits has co-opted America’s only firewall against tyranny, the free press? Yes. Does it likewise stink, many folks are not the moral or ethical populace originally thought to prevail as the founders hoped? Yes? So, now what?

Eventually, though it will take a long time, the market will weed the bad apples from the sack. That’s what the market does. It knows no individual as it’s final arbiter, though many still do try, including the so called “cabal.”

Freedom, will not be snuffed folks. Sooner or later, as this soft tyranny marches forward by the hands of the world’s natural aristocracy, those in the wealthiest of economic strata of existence, the bubble they’ve created for themselves to manage, will pop. Within in the next couple of years, the currency bubbles will pop, the dollar being the most onerous of them, and just like before, the market, amorphous as it is will have yet corrected another problem. Will some folks get hurt? Yes. Will folks ever stop from being hurt from whatever symptom of existence on earth can cause? No. That’s life. That’s the real world.

During our series of articles which depicted the allegations as best we understood, I took personal responsibility for who I am, what we print, and on three occasions, by calling in to these Internet radio platforms to address aggressively and directly, Facebook group comment and opinion proliferation, as well as, their main cast of “characters” whose “claim to cult-like fame” is in question for spewing this bad information into the the cyber ether of the blog universe surrounding The Freedom/Patriot and “Prepper’s” Movements. Now that nothing has come to any fruition as the allegations would have one believe, the folks at the lead of this must feel kind of stupid, unmasked or a bit naked, at very least. If they don’t, they’re as delusional as those who “still believe” there is actually something planned in advance that’s afoot. If Ms. Rednour et al., want to do something good, get on the street and start walking door to door, with some initiative, any initiative, instead of hosting a Facebook group and podcast, thinking you’re providing a service worth something. Put your elbow grease where your mouth is. Talking or “typing” about it does nothing.

These folks spend their time in Global Voice’s Facebook group page, posting endless You Tube video’s and articles from the financial community press as evidence that these things are proof positive of Keenan’s lawsuit or that there are workings of behind the scenes power players, and it’s having the slow, grinding but desired effect propounded by David Wilcock and Benjamin Fulford, and yes, the now outed and ridiculous Mr. Drake Bailey.

The Global Voice Facebook group has a banner which states they are “revolutionizing the voice of freedom.” Perhaps they are revolutionizing something though it’s not clear what that may be. In an “Emergency Broadcast” Saturday morning July 7th 2012, an Internet podcast host by the name of Paul Biener using the Spreaker platform demonstrated his lack of dignified reserve and for about two hours made sundry childish, snide remarks directed at this publication while interviewing a Global Voice founder, one Mr. Paul Thompson, who now by the way, has been booted as an admin from the FB group. It appears they didn’t like the association this publication had made to their initiatives as having a “cult like” tone in it’s message and it’s followers remarks on the group discussion threads. Of course there is no real discussion there of anything substantive in our opinion, instead it can only be regarded as a bunch of incoherent yammering. They also didn’t like the way we chose to compete amongst and for this audience. It disturbed their psyche, as we can only guess.

These two gentlemen and especially the obviously amateur Biener, had posed questions such as: So, is freedom a cult? An obvious non sequitur and false argument, as if to imply that our description of their FB enterprise is somehow off the mark. We think not. Are there folks in that group addicted to Facebook? Probably. Does that addiction provide useful information? Perhaps in some instances it does. Is it worth spending a few minutes a day looking at it for good information? Probably not. Is Global Voice revolutionizing anything? Fuggedaboudit.

Another fraud we decided to look at is one Mr. William N. Brockbrader. This man stuck his foot in the door during the run-up to the “non event” and came to our notice sometime after we started paying attention to this Internet yarn.

This particular and obviously disturbed individual, a convicted pedophile from a San Diego case dating back to the late 90′s, uses the web to make a living, claiming he’s a victim of a government conspiracy to smear him because of an alleged “aborted missile target” incident he had engaged in (he claims to have detonated a missile bound for civilian population mid-flight, to our knowledge) while serving in the US Navy overseas. He claims he’s a former undercover Navy SEAL from a secret SEAL Team 9. His yarn is not worth too much print. This writer directly engaged him during one of Mr. Dave Corso’s “Wolf Spirit” Internet radio sessions, where Brockbrader makes his home for attention and making a bit of donation money.

Respectfully but firmly, I asked him to come forward with anything of substance regarding this whole yarn, even offering him an NDA. Not biting on the NDA, because I am apparently not a man of integrity, he stammered his way, almost incoherently, and confirmed one thing; his fraud-like existence. In a posting not too long after the encounter on his income source, which is yet another Facebook group, he claimed to his listener-followers our phone number had been traced by him or through “his operatives” back to FBI HQ. Another outright falsehood confirming to us his propensity to be a serial liar. Well, he needs to be. He has a necessity to make ends meet. The only way he can continue to make money while wearing an ankle tracking bracelet, is to sell t-shirts on the web to his fans. Who wants to hire a pedophile in real life?

Don Shipley, a man we have spoken to who runs a Navy SEAL prep school has done enough to discredit Brockbrader. Of course, Mr. Brockbrader true to his narcissism and MO condemns Mr. Shipley as a patent liar. Mr. Shipley has lots more gravitas, and we’ve confirmed it.

Conspiracy sites are almost boundless on the web. There’s a lucrative audience quite addicted to the content. Alex Jones, Icke, Rense, Quayle, et al., are making a living selling “prepper gear” and appearances for the all impending doomsday scenario’s they have posited to be in the offing. The “fear” factor helps sell product. It’s a classic Bernays strategy, and it works. If you want to see how well it works, look no further than FOX NEWS.

In defense of these gentlemen along with many others, there is good hard NEWS to be found in alternative media NEWS channels on the web. Many of their attitudes, including our own are correctly positioned as an array of opposition to this slow creep of tyranny we’re all faced with.

Is Global Voice Radio a worthy alternative channel? Is the Wilcock/Fulford/Bailey info highway worth following? No. However, they are a story to us because there’s enough market audience that does lend it attention, though we think they shouldn’t. That’s our opinion, so too, many others that have contacted us. It’s a sign that folks are desperate. An aberration in the American Collective Conscience because the country is being lambasted by the ever growing creep of statist agenda.

These days, it’s as plain as the nose on your face. Nobody in the conservative political spectrum likes it one bit. We are likewise, once again, put off by the naked agenda, bought and paid for, fraudulently to be sure, of the Rockefeller wing of The Republican Party who have been successful thus far at posing Mitt Romney as the choice we have in this election over an obvious Alinsky style Marxist currently holding the office of president.

Folks the hard road back to a constitutional republic is done in the grass roots of the nation’s population. It’s a long slog and requires a great deal of persistence and keeping your eye on the ball and never letting up, ever. In our opinion back here, the only road back is a “real” conservative takeover of the GOP. That’s the brand that has the footing in today’s election franchise system. We can only hope perhaps someday, The Libertarian Party actually gain enough money to pose a serious challenge to the GOP if a conservative takeover challenge is not successful. As of today, it doesn’t look that way. They have a long row to hoe.

The good news is this: Folks are waking up. They’re waking up for two reasons, their pocketbooks, and talk radio. Let’s hope and pray that continues. Does Global Voice Radio, Wilcock/Fulford/Bailey et al. do anything to contribute to it? Not in our view. Max Keiser is much closer to the truth and more linked to this awakening than they. If anything, they muddy the waters. Some folks on the web refer to amateurs of this nature as “Patriot Nut Jobs” or PNJ’s.

As for the people who “channel” messages from other dimensions and worlds. They’re free to peddle what they will, just don’t expect too many of us to buy it. They’re just wasting time with this ego play, is what we figure, or it’s a hobby. Wishing for something in your heart chakra will not do anything to further this world along. It will do something for your personal space, and that’s a good thing.

If those folks wish to do anything substantive, we would posit that finding a way to end world hunger, starvation and pestilence directly by being physically involved in the effort would be a more rewarding avenue of achievement. If there’s anything in the world that’s responsible for “bad vibes” there’s your culprit. It’s infants crying themselves to sleep who have distended abdomens. Couple that with the wanton rape of women on the African continent who are forced to bring babies destined for death and misery from birth to term, and because they’ve no abortion remedy. There, now you’ve got your work cut out for you, big time. No, you cannot meditate it away or wait for ET’s to end it for us. Self evident isn’t it? No? Sure it is. Look around kids, and quit with that “duality” argument, it holds no water.

David Wilcock does have advice of value concerning meditation, though he’s not a leader too worthy of following. We have not read his books. We doubt we’ll spend the cake. He was in Chicago. We didn’t bother to hound him. We’re busy. There’s plenty others who have a great deal more credibility than he. Like…for instance: The Dalai Lama of Tibet.

Certainly, there will be many from the Global Voice Facebook Group who will, while still in some form of denial, if they’re still following the yammering of the Wilcock/Fulford/Bailey yarn spinning, criticize us for being “disinfo” agents or some such other “insiders” conspiratorial and ridiculous term. Everything is a conspiracy to those folks who take their views seriously, especially to that demonstrable extreme. To them we say: Well, what’s good for the goose, is good for the gander.

We can take the heat, and welcome to our kitchen. Have a seat, kids. Want something to drink? How ’bout a good dose of reality spiked with some soda water, That’ll straighten you right up. No?

Well…we’ll hold true to our stated name and purpose, and be critical. Here’s a rag. Wipe your face, you’ve some ketchup on it.

As for this story and allegation by the EU Times, it is written as complete fabrication or allegation with no substance whatsoever. There is no byline and authors associated to the publishing cannot be substantiated through any direct means. They’re web registration is privatized and no one can be held accountable.

It’s scuttlebutt confirming that folks amongst the ranks of the military wish they could do something, and they’re quite angry about their situation. Well, we’ve known about that for years. It’s nothing new. Our source, a Marine Master Gunny in the loop. so to speak, has confirmed for us, there’s always been talk of this. Nothing ever comes of it. This can be directly linked back to the perpetrators spreading the information. That would be Mr. David Wilcock.

Discrediting The Patriot/Militia Movement in the USA

(TCP)Chicago – July 4th’s passage of Drake Bailey’s deadline and “The Event That Wasn’t” ( a military takeover of the government backed by American citizens with the help of US Marshals and militia groups) has the alternative media buzzing. At one point, Bailey claimed to have issued a “yellow alert” to all standing militia nationwide. While most find Bailey’s claims ludicrous at best, his name is linked to the American militia, casting an already long shadow over the movement. Mention the word “militia” and invariably images conjured up involve the Hutaree, charged with plotting to kill law enforcement officials (later acquitted on all but a few firearm charges) or the Sword of the Lord, a paramilitary fundamentalist Christian group based in rural Southern Missouri. John Trochmann, head of the Montana Militia and linked to the disastrous operation at Ruby Ridge, brought attention to the movement, but very few understand what a militia really is, having only the sensational media stories of subversive plots and anti-establishment lifestyles upon which to base their opinion. But what is a militia? Who joins one? Are their any legitimate groups out there? Or are they all havens for extreme right-wing whack jobs and paramilitary post-apocalyptic doomsday prophets?

There are two types of militias in this country. The first is the Organized Militia,created by the Militia Act of 1903, an offshoot of the 1792 Uniform Militia Act. This is the “well regulated militia” as understood in the Second Amendment. This is not to be confused with the National Guard of the United States, a federally recognized reserve military force. The National Guard is under the jurisdiction of the governor of each regiment’s respective state and can be called up during domestic disasters, such as hurricanes or floods, to provide security and protection for the public. The second group is the Reserve or the Unorganized Militia, also created by the 1903 Militia Act, and consisting of essentially anyone eligible for the draft or any able-bodied male seventeen to forty-five. (http://www.knowsouthernhistory.net/Articles/Government/Other%20Articles/reserve_militia.html ) Because this group is not chartered nor subject to gubernatorial jurisdiction, there are no standard rules or regulations to follow, each group independently creating their own. It is under this heading that the more sensational groups fall. While some of these groups are religious in nature, some are also constitutional, formed to exercise their Second Amendment rights and preserve the Constitution.

In 2008, prior to the Obama election, there were 149 militias nationwide. Today, according to the Southern Poverty Law Center, there are over 1200, an increase of 755%. Their “concern” is centered around what they believe to be the slow dismantling of the Constitution and the increasing growth of a government encroaching on more areas of civil liberties. These people are rarely in the spotlight and receive little positive recognition from the media. Even the Anti-Defamation League gives a rather inflammatory view of the movement, claiming that it is a “relatively new right-wing extremist movement consisting of armed paramilitary groups…with an anti-government conspiracy-oriented ideology.” (http://www.adl.org/learn/ext_us/Militia_M.asp?xpicked=4&item=mm )

It is true that the modern movement gained speed in the wake of Ruby Ridge and the botched raid at Waco Texas on the Branch Davidian compound. However, not all militia groups fall under the definition given by the Anti-Defamation League. In a discussion group on the Ron Paul website this was found, in regard to militia membership from a Libertarian standpoint:

Is there a militia movement out there that is solely anti-tyranny? Most reports on militias that I see seem to portray them as having some other agenda… anti-Black, anti-Hispanic, anti-Jew, Neo-Nazi, etc. I’m sure there is a probability that the press reports on them unfairly, but it seems to me that the good intentioned militia members get upstaged by their bigoted brothers.

That uphill battle for respectability grows more difficult ever day when militia is linked to someone like Drake Bailey. The movement seems to draw conspiracy theorists and fanatics desiring to live out their fantasies in a paramilitary world. Not all unorganized militias are populated by right-wing extremists or racist groups preparing for an apocalypse. There are far more members in the movement that merely believe in preserving the Constitution, and serving their community in times of disaster. For example, the mission statement of the Sauk County Riflemen Wisconsin State Militia states: “Our mission is to defend the Constitution, the people and property of Wisconsin and the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic.” (http://www.darkgovernment.com/news/list-of-u-s-militia-groups/ ). Florida’s Citizens for a Better Government is even more innocuous stating that their group “is a community-sponsored information gather and sharing group that meets for fun, food, and fellowship” (http://www.darkgovernment.com/news/list-of-u-s-militia-groups/ ). In 1996, Sam Sherwood, leader of the now-defunct Idaho Militia, stated “The whole movement is being distorted on one side by the press and media, and taken over by the nuts and crazies on the other.” (http://www.adl.org/learn/ext_us/Militia_M.asp?xpicked=4&item=mm )

Fast forward fifteen plus years and not a lot has changed. The movement is still divided. With the arrival of, and association with Drake Bailey the movement will have an even more difficult time establishing its legitimacy and polishing its image. Bailey claims to have given all militias nationwide a “yellow alert” sometime back, putting them on notice for for the Event. This was posted to the Well Regulated American Militia site:

How can the movement possibly retain any credibility whatsoever? The vast majority of militia are people who care about their community and want to protect and serve in any way they can, some being VFW members or local volunteer fireman. They are not poster children for psychiatric profiles nor are they preparing for a worldwide apocalypse. The shadow across them grows longer when people like Bailey step into the spotlight and the battle for legitimacy only grows harder.

(TCP)Chicago – Mr. Bailey has been posting things for years on the Internet. Perhaps it’s good therapy. Does he have knowledge? Some. Is it worth too much time to ponder? No. This is being posted so the audience can further gain more perspective on Mr. Drake Bailey.

Our research has provided allegations about emails having been exchanged with two of Mr. Bailey’s kin, which, as stated, Mr. Bailey’s injuries sustained in the Vietnam war has been an ongoing concern since the time of his return from service. Certainly that speculation fits with what we’ve been witnessing. To self-criticize our own speculation, it doesn’t mean it’s so. Does it make sense? In our opinion, yes.

Also, in our opinion, it is unfortunate to watch a man have a continual nervous disorder displayed with such vigor in full view of the public.

The poor man simply can’t be taken seriously regarding anything that may allege to be covertly in operation. As stated before, there is nothing of that nature going to occur. It is merely a state of delusion.

Also, Mr. Wilcock is not a man that can be trusted with the vetting of an individual simply because he writes books makes appearances to ply his trade, and states he knows inside people. He is no more inside than an average Joe on the street. There are also times when he appears in his writings to be quite histrionic.

  Do you consider anything, or are there limitations? The reason I ask is that I have been working in an old field that would be consuidered new, as it has not been explored to any extent that I am aware of. It does things like taking the 3, 4, 5 triangle theorem and advances it to the realm of possibly being able to create matter through the use of the numbers generated as frequencies of atomics. Within this it also seems to eliminate all but 3 through 8, using these combnations to illucidate the apparent tetrahedral as the basis for all matter structure in a solid light format. If these things are what this page is all about, then I have come to the right place. Bear in mind that many of the usual laws of both mathematics and physics including constants become subject to a different paradigm that might seem to negate what is now comonly accepted by most of accademia. It has been found that thee seems to be three sets of individual laws or sets of constants depending on exactly what is being dealt with.   Many years ago I was a member of a transit union.
  In trying to understand how things worked, I asked a load of questions over a period of years.
  One was about the pension plan. This type of job is one that causes most who reach retirement to die
  off earlier than most others. I wondered what kind of payouts to look forward to.
  Most were getting on the order of $100 a month or less. This is after 20 years employment…
  Deciding that that didn’t sound fair, I looked into what was going on.
  The city was financing public transportation, and held the opinion that the whole of it was a waste…
  In public finance allocations, if the full amount was spent an increase was in order the next time allocations
  were made. IF less than the allocated amount was spent, a reduction was in order.
  Looking into our small pension fund, I found that along with fewer people, reductions were mandatory
  and a regular part of the business structure.
  I discovered that it was all in each of the contracts we had past and present…
  So I decided to put a few wrinkles in the whole process. Because the retirees were actually getting their
  payouts reduced, I asked our antique business manager/secretary what could be done and how I might address this.
  After I found out a few more things dealing with public employee retirement law, I decided to see if any of
  what I knew was valid. The process of grievance, voted addendum to contract, and objecting to financial policies,
  I presented a partial answer. Our business manager/secretary was most informative and so was the lead council for
  the Teamsters.
  Not only did the pension fund get fully funded, but because the city didn’t want to be charged with fraudulent
  business practices, we won…
  Cost of living increases, payment of owed pension payments to retirees, and interest were immediately allocated.
  On average, each of the retirees were paid additional thousands each, the payouts were increased substantially,
  AND, this was all added to the part of the contract that was not negotiable (existence of our union).
  A simple adjustment was all this took.
  For ALL those who do not have unions, a simple letter of disagreement that specifies the problem, does create
  a legal basis for challenge to a change in policy, book keeping, and outsourcing. Thus the ‘acceptance’ through lack of
  objection, is no longer a viable defense.
  This should be noted by ALL who believe getting ripped off ain’t cool.
  Bear in mind that any entity can be held responsible for its/their actions in this manner on a legal basis.
  ALL Americans have a real fight coming over Social Security. The government wants that/your money…
  It might be time to offer a legal challenge to any pilfering, purchasing or otherwise, of that which we paid for.
  Anyone who has the assets to challenge should by all means step up.
  Two things are going on.
  Social Security is a part of the general fund. This absolutely has to be changed to where it is in its own account.
  ALL funds owed this account are to be repaid immediately.
  I offer that no one has felt up to the task.
  Further, those who were in absolute control no longer are…
  Therefore, the door is wide open to adjust the system as needed in order to rectify the crookedness that has
  been going on. Buying government debt was not part of the original deal. The federal reserve banking system being
  able to take any amount it felt like at any time, also was not part of the deal…
  Yes this system needs adjustment, but not in the way you hear about on the news.
  Its basis needs to be implemented and protected, nothing less, nothing more.

  The Rustic is now: Stony Creek Inn & Lounge. Was there twice (9/10) and found the ‘new management’ to be most gracious and accommodating. Rooms were very clean, 70′s style, and functional. Restaurant has excellent home quality food and generous portions; continental breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Rates were reasonable. I would recommend it because its location makes it a good base of operations and supplies for most outdoor adventures are close by. A real breath of fresh air.

  Force readiness should be at about 20%.
  Unfit for deployment should be 40%.
  Mental problems 100%.
  No one with P.D. should be deployed.
  No one should be deployed more than once in five (5) years.
  A full debriefing and stand down after any deployment.
  Full range PTSD treatment or my treatment system applied to everyone upon return. No exceptions.
  No more than three deployments under any circumstances.
  Yes I counsel on PTSD, and am in group.
  Problem is that DOD is looking to cut expenses, meaning personnel and medical costs, higher copay’s, etc.
  The military says it can’t afford both war and treatment of personnel that go.
  I say end the war.
  Get ready for ‘them’ to start messing with the benefits we do have.
  After all, from Nam came Article 99, non-service connected.
  Now the excuse is Personality Disorder, a pre-existing condition…no responsibility for any mental problems, including T.B.I…!
  This has been going on for awhile now, as an injured vet used a tape recorder to help remember instructions, recorded medical staff saying they were ordered to not diagnose anything payable…two years ago.
  So figure this effort has been going on for a few years now.
  I feel like going back to war over this sort of thing! Now you know why I’m in group…
  Guess we’ll see.
