Chief Editor’s Note: The following cannot be verified by this publication and it’s suitability as fact cannot be confirmed or denied by The Critical Post. However, if any of the following is true, it is being published to try and provide whatever protection may be afforded to the submittant for coming forward in a situation such as may be implied by the informant in the ICQ Chat Thread.

As denoted in the news report title, a “Black Widow” site is a clandestine operation used to catch would-be whistleblowers and other individuals for the purposes of intelligence gathering.

(TCP)CHICAGO 21 November 2016 @12:43 HRS CST – One of our sources published to one of our email accounts that an intercepted ICQ Chat message screen capture, informs the witness of that “ICQ Chat Screen Capture,” that the Wikileaks website has been co-opted by the CIA. That Julian Assange is missing and that 15 Wikileaks personnel have been issued a National Security Letter and a gag order, and all of the chat member’s computer equipment was seized.

The screen chapter dates the chat exchange as of 17 November 2016 beginning at 18:38 HRS (perhaps GMT) and ending at 20:36 HRS.

The message warns any whistleblowers, DO NOT USE any former channels to Wikileaks to disclose information. The site will be used to identify whistleblowers for the purposes of possible future prosecution.

The site continues to operate but it’s under intelligence agencies control. The ICQ Chat warns that the Wikileaks Twitter account, as well, is being controlled by the CIA to give the appearance all is normal. The site has gone to a “Black Widow” status.

The screen capture further asserts that Wikileaks and their personnel have hundreds of thousands of documents and some of them exposes a worldwide child trafficking pedophile ring. Also a Haitian children pedophile and human trafficking ring.

The screen capture states that they have proof of intelliegence operations using drug trafficking to fund “black projects”.

It further states they have leak information from several sources including the NSA, FBI, NYPD, France’s DGSI, Interpol, Scotland Yard, and Switzerland’s MND.

Further it states that: “Several prominent people, including leaders of foreign governments (France, Italy, China) are implicated in the pedophile ring”. With a warning appended that: “If this information is released, entire Governments will collapse bringing the world economy with it”.

The ICQ Chat screen capture is published here for the record should any of this be true. We cannot confirm or deny any of the following to be accurate or that the information has been vetted to provide an absolute certainty that any of this is fact.

icqchat-assange

The question becomes twofold. Can an ICQ Chat be spoofed in such manner and if it can be spoofed, why would that be done in such a manner?

The other question that arises is: Could the chat message be used to start discouraging any would-be informants to stop leaking information?

The last time Assange appeared was on an Argentine internet video link, where only his voice was heard. This occurred on or about 26 October 2016.

That video is included here for the record.

I always had the impression that it was CONTROL GROUP tactics. Like a news handler. I wonder if he is Hillary’s press agent. I have some clips where one of the congressmen state it is a PHISHING Expedition. I have another clip where a congressman states as to Congress “We exempted ourselves for good reason but” he was worried about ‘PUBLIC” who continues to communicate with congress. Well Trey Goudy and Jason Chavvatz(sic) are urging and i mean pleading for the public to write them. Eric Holder took at least 2 whistleblower awards.
